What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, your email, your company name (optional) and the message you write. Along with your inquiry, we record the date and time it was sent, the site language and the page it was sent from.
• Language preference: the site stores the language you chose in your browser (local storage) so it can show you pages in that language. This information is not sent to any server, and you can delete it from your browser settings.
• Technical data: as with any website, the hosting server may log technical data about visits, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and operational purposes.

This site does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

How we use your data

We use the data from the form solely to receive, manage and respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing, advertising or commercial campaigns, we do not subscribe you to newsletters, and we do not add it to contact databases.

By completing and submitting the form, you provide this data voluntarily so that we can respond to you.

How inquiries are processed

The form works through Formspree, a service based in the United States that receives your message and forwards it to our corporate email. As a result, your inquiry is stored in Formspree and in that inbox, and sending it to Formspree involves an international transfer of data. Links to other sites

The site includes links to third-party sites such as Petrol Human, Elgin Separation Solutions, CAMACOL and LinkedIn. Each has its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for how they process data.

Retention

Inquiries remain stored in Formspree and in our corporate email. You can ask us at any time to delete your inquiry and your data by writing to info@senperconnect.com.

Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to send the form data.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@senperconnect.com. We will respond within the time limits set by Argentine Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
